• Old passport 
• Two passport photos with clear white background 
• Application form
• Form can be downloaded from the Immigration website:

PLEASE NOTE:

All passport applications should be sent to the Embassy for endorsement with the filled form with finger prints, two passport photos, a copy of the old passport and a stamped return envelope.  Please also indicate your full address, email address or mobile number for contact purposes.

APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND ALL THE REQUIREMENTS TO MALAWI FOR PROCESSING
PASSPORTS ARE PROCESSED IN MALAWI
